Start where your tenants are.
A text. A photo. A few focused questions. Gather the context without making tenants download another app.
From the first tenant text to the next clear step. Your AI maintenance assistant keeps the details together and your team in control.
The tenant reports an issue the way they already communicate. No new app. No lost details.
Dispatchient gathers the details and photos your team needs to understand the request.
The details become a clear case. Your team can see the issue, the conversation and what needs to happen next.
Review the next action, keep it within your rules, or take over. The important decisions stay with you.
The follow-ups. The photos. The provider availability.
Dispatchient helps bring it all together, so the next step is clear.

A text. A photo. A few focused questions. Gather the context without making tenants download another app.
Bring the issue, property and conversation into one case. Give your team a useful starting point for the next action.
Prepare provider follow-ups and coordinate within the rules you accept. Decisions that need you stay with you.
We’re bringing every request, conversation and next step into one clear view. A workspace built around how property teams actually work.
Look inside a conversation
The tenant gets their updates. The provider gets the details they need. Your team gets the complete picture.
Thank you. I’ve added those details and your photo to the request so the team has the full context.
Questions, photos and updates stay with the tenant’s case.
A focused request. No internal notes or copied tenant conversation.
The tenant reports a contained drain leak. The photo is attached. Provider cost and an exact visit time still need confirmation.
Think through the next step without sharing your internal discussion.
Activity is the case history, separate from every conversation.
Useful automation starts with clear boundaries.
Dispatchient is built to work within yours.
Provider messages require approval by default. Emergency replies always need a person’s review.
Opt into coordination policies for approved providers, with clear spending and case limits.
Take over a case when it needs a human touch. Older queued AI actions stop when you take control.
Clarity from the first conversation.
Dispatchient is in early access and private testing. This site introduces the product and the workspace we’re building; production access for real properties is not open yet.
No new tenant app is needed for text and photo intake. Dispatchient’s current channel is SMS/MMS. The phone visual shows a familiar messaging experience; it is not a native Apple iMessage integration. Voice and WhatsApp are future channels.
No. Your team stays in control. Provider messages need approval by default, with automation available only under explicitly accepted policies. Emergencies always require human approval. You can take over a case.
Dispatchient focuses on maintenance communication and coordination. KeyFortly is the first planned property management connector; main-system synchronization is not currently connected. You can keep your existing property management workflow.
